As a recent graduate in chemical engineering I believe in tackling the imminent energy transition head-on!

Throughout my studies I have always had a keen interest in all aspects surrounding hydrogen production, carbon capture and utilization, and renewable feedstocks, having gained experience in process design and dynamical modelling of traditional as well as novel technologies in this area of the process industry.

With a constant focus on process safety, I am excited and eager to apply my skills in a professional and diverse environment.

Faculty Representative
Responsible for tasks focused on improving the student experience within the faculty of Engineering and Informatics at the University of Bradford.

Student Representative
Liaised with faculty and fellow students regarding feedback and problems faced within the course, especially regarding difficulties moving to an all-online curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-2021
Chemical Engineering Society – Treasurer
Helped build a dynamic community of chemical engineering students, kept track of revenue and spending, created marketing material, and helped determine the overall direction of the society.

2021
IChemE SIESO Medal

As part of a group of 5 students I was awarded the 2021 SIESO Medal for a digital project as well as a written article on the process safety aspects of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon disaster. We were awarded the medals at the 2022 HAZARDS Conference in Harrogate, Yorkshire.
